DESIGN YOU CAN TRUST Transcon engineers are dedicated to meeting your needs better than anyone else. Their steel hinge belt design is a typical example of the added value you'll receive from Transcon. Formed hinge loops that connect belt pans is another way others try to scrimp to save a few dollars in manufacturing costs. Transcon "Easy Lube" hinge loops are precision-welded to belt pans to eliminate the need for troublesome belt tubes. The carbon steel hinge rods contact directly with the loops for complete lubrication and easy disassembly for maintenance. Transcon hinge loops are welded -top and bottom-to the pan and not formed from the pan body to provide exceptional resistance to extremely dense or shock loads. As an added benefit, by welding belt loops to the pans, Transcon can provide thicker belts-5/8" thick or heavier-to eliminate the need for more expensive exotic belt pan designs to handle extremely dense loads. Naturally, Transcon conveyors are available with closed panel frame design for economy and open fram designs for the ultimate in durability. And all sytems can be designed to inlcude chutes, hoppers, platforms, ladders, sequencing controls-whatever it takes to meet your application needs.
